Some people ridicule us thus: "Foolish people break the coconuts in front of the stone; does the stone eat the coconut?" But the coconut, though broken in front of the stone, is not for the stone; it is to offer it to the divine Source from where it has sprung. Though we salute before the cloth, it is not for the cloth but an honour for the symbol of the State.
