Sculptures related to all spheres can be seen in temples. If things related to mundane life are not shown, then the world would desert them as irrelevant. Therefore after projecting the worldly aspects, the 'other-worldly' aspects too should be presented. While observing them too, we should not stop looking at what is like us but go beyond and notice what is different from us. Otherwise all these sculptures would become objects of ridicule.
