ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವೇ ಆಗಲೀ, ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವೇ ಆಗಲೀ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಉಭಯವೇ ಆಗಲೀ, ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಕೂಡ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಮೂಲವಾದ ಜ್ಯೋತಿರ್ಧಾಮದಲ್ಲೇ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ತಾನೇ ಅದು ಪರಿಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುತ್ತದೆ. ಪೂರ್ಣವೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಹೊರಟ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಬೇಕು.

Gṛhiṇī means one who accepts him as her Pati (husband) who represents the Lord, and with a firm mind recognizes him to be the 'Paradaiva (Supreme Lord). It is a practice to say "Na mama (not mine)" while donating an object. However, it is not applicable in 'Kanyā-Dāna'. For, even after sending the daughter along with son-in-law, the relationship ("My daughter") is retained. Only her Gotra changes to that of her husband.
