A house is called "Vīḍu" (in Tamil). 'Vīḍu' also means 'Mokṣa'. Though a house appears like a bandhana (bondage), if viewed in the above spirit there is really no bandhana; in fact, it is Mokṣa (deliverance) itself. Again, the term "Vāsá l" (in Tamil) means door. This is the door for Mokṣa too. It is also the door which opens for both Pravṛtti and Nivṛtti. If taken in this spirit it is good.
